Capability 04 · AI & Automation
AI & Automation. Applied where it creates value.
We help businesses use AI and automation to improve products, streamline workflows and reduce repetitive work. From AI-enabled applications and intelligent integrations to process automation and internal tools, we focus on solutions that solve real problems and fit into the technology you already use.
-
Built around the use case
We start with the business problem, not with an AI model looking for somewhere to be used.
-
Integrated with your systems
AI becomes part of your applications, data flows and workflows rather than a disconnected experiment.
-
Automation with purpose
Reduce repetitive manual work and help people focus on tasks where human judgement adds more value.
-
Designed for real operation
We consider data, security, monitoring, cost and maintainability from the beginning.
01 · Practical AI
Start with the problem.
Then decide if AI is the answer.
Not every problem needs artificial intelligence. We first understand the workflow, users, data and desired outcome. Where AI provides a meaningful advantage, we design it into the solution. Where simpler automation is better, we use that instead.
The goal is not to add AI everywhere. The goal is to improve how the business or product works.
02 · What we build
AI that becomes part of the work.
-
AI-enabled products
Add intelligent capabilities to customer-facing products and digital services.
- Assistants
- Search
- Recommendations
- Classification
- Summarization
- Content or data enrichment
-
Intelligent internal tools
Create tools that help employees find information, analyze data or complete work faster.
-
Workflow automation
Connect systems and automate repetitive processes, decisions and hand-offs.
-
AI integrations
Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications, APIs and business systems.
-
Document & knowledge workflows
Extract, classify, summarize and work with information contained in documents or knowledge sources.
Automation
Automate the repetitive.
Keep people where they add value.
Many business problems do not require advanced AI. Sometimes the biggest improvement comes from connecting systems, removing manual steps and making information move automatically between people and applications.
We combine traditional automation, integrations and AI where appropriate to create workflows that are faster, more consistent and easier to operate.
-
System-to-system workflows
Move information automatically between business applications.
-
Approval & routing
Trigger actions and route work based on rules or intelligent classification.
-
Data processing
Transform, enrich or validate information automatically.
-
Notifications & actions
Turn events into automated follow-up rather than manual monitoring.
How an automated flow runs
A flow starts from a real event in the business: a submitted form, an incoming document, a message or a change in a system. Nothing has to be started by hand.
The content is turned into something the flow can work with: fields are extracted, documents are classified, longer text is summarized. This is where AI helps when rules alone are not enough.
The flow decides where the work goes: approve it, route it to a person, ask for missing information or continue automatically. You decide which decisions stay with people.
Records are created or updated, messages are sent and the next step starts in the systems you already use, instead of someone copying information between them.
Results stay visible and can be checked. What the flow gets wrong becomes the input for the next improvement, so it gets more useful over time.
AI in products
AI can be a product capability, not a separate product.
For software products and SaaS platforms, AI can be embedded directly into the user experience. We can combine product engineering with AI services to create intelligent features without forcing customers into a separate technology project.

Data & integration
AI becomes useful when it connects to your business.
Real-world AI solutions rarely operate in isolation. They need access to applications, APIs, documents, databases and business processes. We design the integrations and data flows around the AI capability so that it becomes part of an actual working system.
What it connects to
- APIs & integrations
- Business systems
- Databases & structured data
- Documents & knowledge sources
- Identity & access
The AI capability
Your product or workflow
Responsible engineering
AI with the right controls around it.
AI introduces different questions depending on the use case, including data sensitivity, access, accuracy, cost and how much human oversight is appropriate. We address those questions as part of the solution design rather than after deployment.
-
Data access
Use only the data the solution is intended and authorized to access.
-
Human oversight
Keep human review where decisions or outcomes require it.
-
Traceability
Design important workflows so actions and results can be understood and followed.
-
Quality & evaluation
Validate outputs against the actual use case rather than assuming the model is always correct.
-
Cost awareness
Design AI usage around business value as well as technical capability.
How we work
From idea to useful AI.
A small, validated step first. The larger implementation only follows once the idea has proved itself.
-
Identify the opportunity
Understand the business problem, workflow and desired outcome.
-
Assess the fit
Determine whether AI, automation or a combination provides the best solution.
-
Prototype & validate
Test the concept using real scenarios before committing to a larger implementation.
-
Integrate & build
Connect the capability to the applications, data and workflows where it belongs.
-
Operate & improve
Measure how it performs and improve the solution as requirements and technology evolve.
Examples
